Joint data controllers

SECURE & PROTECT (Cameroon) and SECURE & PROTECT CÔTE D'IVOIRE jointly determine the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through this website. Depending on the country concerned and the nature of your request, the information needed to handle it may be shared between the two companies. It remains used only for the purposes described below.

Data we collect

Through our four forms (become a partner, request a quote, contact, event registration), we collect: name, company, e-mail address, phone, country, job title and the content of your message. This data is saved in our secured database before any e-mail notification is sent.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to answer your requests, organize our events and grow our partner network (legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures). It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Requests are kept for a maximum of 24 months after our last exchange, unless a legal obligation or an ongoing business relationship requires otherwise.

Your rights

• Right to rectify inaccurate data;
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
• Right to object and to restrict processing;
• Right to data portability.

To exercise these rights, write to business@setect.com stating your request. We reply within 30 days at most.

Security

The site applies protective measures: HTTPS encryption, prepared statements against injections, hashed passwords, login attempt limiting and error logging without sensitive data.
